 The 2nd District Conference cum AGM of NELTA Rolpa held on 20th paush 2078 on the presidency of Mr Om Prakash Bista, the chair NELTA, Rolpa. Mr Hom Raj Khadka, Central Committee Member NELTA centre cum Trainer ETC Rupandehi, The special guest: Mr Tulsi Ram Dangi, chair NELTA Dang and Mr Dhurba Raj Panthi  Trainer ETC Rupandehi.
