2nd District Conference cum AGM of NELTA Rolpa

 The 2nd District Conference cum AGM of NELTA Rolpa held on 20th paush 2078 on the presidency of Mr Om Prakash Bista, the chair NELTA, Rolpa. Mr Hom Raj Khadka, Central Committee Member NELTA centre cum Trainer ETC Rupandehi, The special guest: Mr Tulsi Ram Dangi, chair NELTA Dang and Mr Dhurba Raj Panthi  Trainer ETC Rupandehi. Mr Nawal Singh Pun, President PABSON, Rolpa, Mr Madhu Sudhan Pokhrel, & Mr Purna Chandra Khadka head teacher were the guests. There were more than 60 participants from different schools. Mr Laxman Gyanwali, the senior vice president of NELTA centre presented virtual session  from Kathmandu. Mr Hom Raj Khadka presented the session. The Programme was started from the welcome speech of Mr Ganesh Gharti, the vice chair of NELTA, Rolpa and Mr Hom Bahadur Dangi, the secretary,  facilitated the Programme of the opening session.
