A Two-Day ICT training held on 16th -17th July 2018 in ECT Banke. The program was chaired by Mr. Hom Raj Khadka, the Chair of NELTA Banke. Mr Khajendra Malla, the section officer of WEC, was the chief guest. Mr Tulsi Ram Dangi, the vice cchair of NELTA Dang was the special guest. The key trainer, Ms Samjhana Bhandari, was the trainer. The program was started fro the welcome speech of Mr Sanjeev Singhal, the treasurer and Mr Kamal Gharti, the secretary, NELTA Banlke anchored the session.
