Conducted NELTA Meeting on 23rd Ashad 2080

The first executive committee meeting of  Nepal English Language Teachers' Association NELTA Dang, was held under the chairmanship of  the chairperson, Mr Tulsi Ram Dangi at the NELTA Office on january 1st 2022 (Paush 17 2078)  at Narayanpur, Dang to discuss and decide the following agenda.

Decisions
1- Re garding the formation of Advisory Board, it is decided to nominate the following ELT personalities as advisors of NELTA Dang for the sixth tenure.
1- Mr Durga Prashad Pandeya
2- Mr Shreedhar Pokhrel
3- Mr Ganesh Pardhe
4- Mr Pahal Bahadur Dangi
5- Mr Narayan Prasad Adhikari

2- Regarding the formation of Municipal coordinator it is decided  to give the responsibilities of coordinating the areas from outside the life members, so the task is given to the following personalities from the following areas.
i) Basant Pun                                    Rapti Rural Municipality  
ii) Bikash Rajaure                            Gadawa Rural Municipality
iii) Sita Devi Sharma                         Lamahi Municipality

3- Regarding the formation of the Annual Plan, it is decided to give the responsibilities to form the Annual Plan to the following members of the executive body.
1- Mr Hukum Bahadur G.C.
2- Ms Shyama Khanal
3- Mr Bikash Pandeya
4- Mr Dev Raj Bhandari
5- Ms Sita Devi Sharma

4- Regarding the budgeting it is decided to give the responsibilities of forming NELTA budget to the following members.
i) Salik Ram Pandeya
ii) Basant Prashad Rijal
iii) Surendra Rijal

5- Regarding the Regular General Meeting of NELTA Dang will be conducted on every second Saturday of each month.
           
6- Regarding the bank account, it is decided to change the signature of the bank account. The signature will be of the existing chair Tulsi Ram Dangi, and Treasurer Salik Ram Pandeya.

7- Regarding the vote of thanks, The newly formed Executive committee decided to give vote of thanks to the election committee, advisors, guests, and all the life members of Dang.

8- Regarding to form proposal writing committee it is decided to give the responsibilities of proposal writing to the following personalities
 i)  Damodar Giri
ii)  Shyama Khanal
iii)  Puskarnath Adhikari
iv) Bikash Pandeya
v)  Basant Rijal

Decisions
1- Regarding Amnnual Plan, by the massive discussion, NELTA Dang Executive has come to the Annual Plan and will be executed effectively in the respective areas.

The Executive Committee meeting of NELTA Dang held today on 23rd Asar 2080 (on 8 July 2023) in the presidency of Mr Tulsi Ram Dangi, the President of NELTA Dang Branch. Mr Damodar Giri, the vice chair and Mr Hukum Bahadur G.C. Secrtary presented and did the work. 
Agenda
1- Regarding Treasurer
2- Regarding the appointment of the Coordinator
3- Regarding the signature replacement
4- Regarding conducting training 
5- Regarding AGM conduction
Decisions
1) Regarding treasurer, by the massive discussion, NELTA Dang Executive  comes to the resolution that Mr. Dev Raj Bhandari has been replaced as a treasurer of NELTA Dang Branch.
2) Regarding the appointment of coordinator it is decided that Mr. Purna Bahadur Dangi is appointed as an area coordinator of Tulsipur Sum-metropolitan city.
3) Regarding sigature replacement it is decided that the bank account of NELTA Dang of Sangrila Bank is to be executed by the signature of chairperson Tulsi Ram Dangi and treasurer Dev Raj Bhandari.
4) Regarding conducting training, NELTA Executive Committee decided to conduct a one day workshop on 30th Ashad at Deukhuri/ Tulsipur.
5) Regarding AGM conduction, NELTA Executive Committee decided to conduct AGM on 13th shrawan 2080 (29th July, 2023)

A One-Day Workshop Onganized by NELTA Dang

 Nepal English Language Teachers'  Association (NELTA) Dang organized A One-Day workshop  on 12th August 2023 in Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan city at Metro Hospitality on the theme of 'Reimagining Facilitation Perspective: Inclusion of CT and ICT in ELT'. The programme was presided by Mr Tulsi Ram Dangi, the president of NELTA Dang. Mr Man Bahadur Khadka, the section officer of Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan city Dang was the chief guest. Virtual Training Organised by NELTA Dang

A Two-Day Virtual Training is running organized by NELTA Dang.  Mr Puskarnath Adhikari, the Chair of NELTA Dang welcomed to the Guests  and participants. Mr ishwori Bahadur Adhikari, the general secretary of NELTA Centre,   Mr Binod Gautam, Special Guest,   the chief of Education Youth and Sports Division Ghorahi   Sub Metropolitan City, Ghorahi   Dang  Mr. Dev Raj Bishwokarma, Special Guest, the   Chair of Tulsipur Education Committee. Education Youth and Sports Division Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan City, Tulsipur Dang, were the special Guests.
